So you need to try this cooking method ️☺️<br /><br /><br />Please Subscribe my channel on Link:- http://bit.ly/3iwVKF4<br />Follow on Facebook:- http://bit.ly/3gO20aH<br />Follow on Instagram:- http://bit.ly/2Y5e8gv<br />Email:- uchandra441@gmail.com<br /><br />Ingredients for Dal Pakhtooni:- <br /><br />➢ Whole black gram (sabut urad) soaked overnight- 1 cup<br />➢ Ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoon<br />➢ Salt to taste<br />➢ Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon<br />➢ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon<br />➢ Butter- 2 tablespoon<br />➢ Tomato puree - 1 1/2 cups<br />➢ Garam masala powder- 1 tablespoon<br />➢ Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon<br />➢ Fresh cream – 2 tablespoon<br /><br />Recipe-: <br /><br />• Soak sabut urad in four cups of water for eight to ten hours or overnight. Grind tomatoes to <br />make a smooth puree. <br />• Cook urad in four to five cups of water along with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & <br />tomato puree.<br />• Pressure cook on medium heat until you het 4-5 whistles or till it is completely cooked and <br />tender. Now, Melt the butter in a thick bottomed pan and add ginger garlic paste & keep stirring<br />continuously.<br />• Add tomato puree, salt , red chilli powder, garam masala & coriander powder and stir for few <br />seconds . <br />• Add cooked urad to this and cook on low heat for half an hour. Stir occasionally. Add water if <br />required. Add fresh cream, correct seasoning and simmer for another ten minutes.<br />• The consistency of this dal is quite thick.
